Unlike other honeys, Steens is cold processed, which means we dont heat our honey to high temperatures, thereby preserving nutritional properties. Additionally, we employ a unique filtering system that allows us to retain Bee Bread - a protein based nutritional component added by the bees which is rich in b vitamins and amino acids.
